Greetings all
Just thought i would shere a story with you
i live in dryden wa . right above Whenatchee wa. they grow alot of fruit here so you can pick just about any wine you would want to make. Anyway a friend of mine wanted to make some cherry wine, ok i said my friend has six cherry
trees in the back yard 5 rainers 1 black so we picked 47# of mixed cherrys pited, then added to nylon bag and 9 gals water
sugar and all the other stuff turned the bag over every day when it stoped foming and the S.P.G. .990 pulled up the
bag draind and squeezed looked at level of liquid i think theres more in here Going to nee another carboy had anouther firend over the the mountain pass . near to Ellensburg wa he use to make wine maby he has a carboy
so called him he told me he dident know if he had any left he go look in the basment . So about 20 min later
ne called back AH HA he said have one but its needs cleaning oik i said i will come and get it it was only 40 miles away no he said i will bring to you he needed some cherrys. so the next day i had my carboy he had his cherrys
the carboy had some apercott wine in it he said looked to me to be about a gal. it look perty bad . So put the carboy on the porch thanked my friend for bringing it over ,wasent in a hurry to clean that carboy next day looked at that carboy
thought to myself this is going to be a mess to clean un corked the airlock took a small snif" took another small sniff "
OH "" that smells like apercott wine ?? another sniff ' told myself lets just back off for for a few days and let settle put the air lock back on. After about five days looked again not bad honey color clear as glass? another sniff """
OK now the time to taste? anyway just a couple miles away from the clinic.put the wine thief down took some
now i said to myself just a touch on the toung hum? not bad 'not bad at all not to sweet and verry smooooove
