Hi Scott:
New to this site and to wine making. I saw your video about degassing wine using a wine pump. I tried it last night and saw a lot of bubbles coming out of the carbouy. How often should this be done? Do I degas, leave it for a couple of weeks, and then try it again? What is a good indicator that the process is complete?
