Tea Bags and Jelly in Wine
I am living in Saudi Arabia, where there is NO LIQUOR in the country, so it is hard to find things tha we need to be able to make wine such as the cemicals. I am new to wine making and a friend game me this reciepe and after looking all over the internet ( those that I could get into that were not blocked from the government here) I was not able to find any that included jelly or the use of tea in them. I have drank this wine and have made one batch and its pretty darn good. But what does the Tea have to do with it? Do you know?
Grape Juice:
9 litres of Grape Juice
1 Jar of Jam
500g of Sugar
500ml of water & 4 teabags
1 teaspoon of yeast
Put all of the items in a 5 Gal water jug, Stir, Place the condom on the lid. Poke holes in it. Let sit until the comdom deflates. Sifon into cheese cloth inot another 5 gallon Jug. then Sifon it again into bottles, Can drink then or store bottles. MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL BOTTLES AND SIFON HOSE BEFORE STARTING.
