I like making teaberry wine as it clears up the fastest. However, they are the hardest to pick, and they are usually ready (in central PA) in Dec or Jan which is generally not good picking wheather. Another problem is that they grow on the ground so that it is as little work being hunched over for hours. Also if there is snow on the ground, don't even bother! I have several female friends that say that this is their favorite. It is a very light delicate (tasting) wine (not light from not using enough fruit either!!!).
